Oil changes include up to five quarts of oil, a new oil filter, labor, and disposal fees. Diesel engines are excluded.

Pennsylvania State Inspection
New and pre-owned vehicle purchases are eligible for Pennsylvania state inspection benefits for PA-registered vehicles.
